The fine print, in daylight

1. What NoMo is

NoMo is a focus timer for iPhone and iPad. Quiet sessions earn experience, levels, and animal friends on a small island. It is a tool with a game inside it, not medical or professional advice — if focus is a serious struggle, a human professional beats an app every time.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use NoMo on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's App Store terms also allow. The app, its code, its islands, and its writing belong to NoMo. The animal models are from Kenney's CC0 asset packs; our arrangements, compositions, and everything else are ours. Please don't rip, resell, or rebadge the app.

3. Purchases

• Free tier — the core timer and the first islands, free for as long as we run the app.
• Premium (lifetime) — a one-time purchase that unlocks everything, permanently, on any device signed in to the same Apple account. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the app, and we intend that to be long.
• Premium (monthly) — the same features as a subscription. It renews through your Apple account and can be cancelled anytime in your device's subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, tell us and we'll do everything on our side to make it right.

5. Coins and virtual items

Coins, scenes, friends, and gilded forms are entertainment inside the app. They have no cash value, can't be traded or transferred, and exist only as long as NoMo does. We may adjust prices or rewards inside the game to keep it balanced, and we'll do so with a light hand.

6. Fair use

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or defraud the app or its purchase system, and don't use it in any unlawful way. That's the whole list.

7. Warranty and liability

NoMo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it stable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law in your country guarantees you regardless.

8. Ending things

You can stop using NoMo anytime by deleting it. We may suspend access for serious breaches of section 6. If we ever have to shut the app down entirely, we'll give as much notice as we possibly can inside the app.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll flag it in the app before the change applies. Continued use after that means acceptance. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
